Small Group Sessions
Enjoy all your favourite things about group training, without any of the disadvantages.
Personal Attention
Each session goes for 50 minutes and is capped at 4 people per session to ensure that you receive more than enough attention and personalisation to thrive, learn and grow to become your most athletic and adventurous self!
You will be able to practice a variety of highly effective and scalable exercises during these sessions to build your performance, physique and confidence in the gym.
Fun Fitness
Whilst the programming will consistently cover a wide range of athletic qualities (strength, endurance, power, speed, cardio, conditioning, coordination, balance, etc) to help you look, move and feel better than ever, every single session will also be unique in some way and the timetable enables you to train as many days per week as you want.
This is a great way to have more fun with your fitness, feel more engaged with your training and stay more connected/accountable within your community of fitness friends!
Book Your Sessions
After joining up and completing payment via the PayPal/Stripe portal, you will be emailed a personalised link inviting you to our member app where you can:
- Contact Nick directly to book your sessions. Bookings are essential, available up to 1 month in advance and can be rescheduled up to 24hrs in advance. If you are unable to book in & attend your weekly coaching session for any reason, it does not get refunded, ‘banked’ or ‘credited’ to use in the following week(s).
- Access your training sessions and track your progress.
- Message your coach with questions and training videos for support outside of the gym.
Small Group Membership
8 week minimum
- $95/week = 2 x Small Group Sessions per week at $47.50 each
- $135/week = 3 x Small Group Sessions per week at $45 each
- $170/week = 4 x Small Group Sessions per week at $42.50 each
- $200/week = 5 x Small Group Sessions per week at $40 each
Individual Small Group Session
- $50 pp = 1 x additional/casual pass for Small Group Session
