PERSONAL TRAINING
$90 per week
1-on-1 PT Session + Training Programming
This option is the fastest and most effective way to reach your personal health, fitness and adventure goals!
This includes:
- 1x 60 minute in-person PT session per week to help you stay accountable, improve your lifting technique and continue to progress towards your goals.
- Highly personalised training program via Trainerize that is custom built for YOU and adjusted when needed to best attack your specific goals, needs, schedules, and preferences.
- My app also allows you to integrate smartwatch and MyFitnessPal data, watch demonstration videos for workouts, and message me with questions for support outside of the gym.
- Option to sign up for additional 60 minute PT sessions per week at +$90 each!
- 8 week minimum commitment.
BUDDY TRAINING
$120 total per week
2:1 Personal Training + Programming
This option is the best value for families and friends who share similar fitness levels and goals!
This includes:
- 1x 60 minute in-person training session per week for you & your buddy to help you both stay accountable, improve lifting technique and progress towards your shared goals.
- Custom built training program via Trainerize that is specifically designed for each of you to help make the most of your time and efforts while training together and on your own.
- My app also allows you to integrate smartwatch and MyFitnessPal data, watch demonstration videos for workouts, and message me with questions for support outside of the gym.
- Option to sign up for additional 60 minute PT sessions per week at +$120 each!
- 8 week minimum commitment.
ONLINE TRAINING
$60 per week
Online Training Programming
This option is ideal for busy and motivated individuals who need highly personalised programming for home and gym workouts!
This includes:
- 1x 60 minute initial Zoom consult where we can discuss your personal needs, goals, schedules, preferences and values.
- Highly personalised training program via Trainerize, that is custom built for YOU and adjusted when needed to make the very most of your time, effort and fitness equipment (home and gym).
- My app also allows you to integrate smartwatch and MyFitnessPal data, watch demonstration videos for workouts, and message me with questions for support outside of the gym.
- Weekly 30min Zoom check-ins.
- 8 week minimum commitment.
NUTRITION COACHING
$80 per week
Online Sports Nutrition Coaching
For best results, this option is recommended as an additional service on top of any Personal Training or Online Training programming package.
This includes:
- 1x 60 minute initial Zoom consult where we can discuss your personal needs, goals, schedules, preferences and values.
- Highly personalised Sports Nutrition plan (calories/macros, meal plans or ‘hands and habits’-based programming via Trainerize as most appropriate) to best fuel your training, recovery and a life full of active adventures!
- Weekly 30min Zoom check-ins and feedback to help you stay accountable, overcome challenges and continue to progress towards your goals.
- 8 week minimum commitment.
ONLINE TRAINING & SPORTS NUTRITION
$120 per week

INDIVIDUAL
TRAINING SESSION OR SPORTS NUTRITION CONSULT
$100 per 60 minute
Personal Training Session or Sports Nutrition Consult
This option is most appropriate for anyone who needs additional time and attention to go through specific training or nutrition concerns together, such as:
- Intensive form analysis and feedback to optimise your performance, comfort and results in key lifts such as deadlift, bench press, squat and chin up variations.
- Nutrition strategies to support peak performance exactly when you need it most (eg. running an ultramarathon).
- Calorie and macronutrient calculations to ensure you are fuelling appropriately for your current needs and goals (personalised meal plans are available for an additional +$100 each).
EVENT TICKET
$30 per person per 60 minute session
Training &/or Sports Nutrition Event
This option will give you 1x ticket to an exclusive Adventure Ready Coaching event where I will deliver a highly educational & interactive presentation & workshop about Training &/or Sports Nutrition.
