$200.00 / week for 8 weeks

This is a highly collaborative approach that includes two 1-on-1 Personal Training (PT) sessions per week that go for 50 minutes each, so there are very limited spots available.

$200/week = 2 x 1:1 PT sessions per week

Individual PT Session
$150 = 1 x additional/casual pass for 1:1 PT session

After joining up and completing payment via the PayPal/Stripe portal, you will be emailed a personalised link inviting you to our member app where you can:

  • Contact Nick directly to book your sessions. Bookings are essential, available up to 1 month in advance and can be rescheduled up to 24hrs in advance. If you are unable to book in & attend your weekly coaching session for any reason, it does not get refunded, ‘banked’ or ‘credited’ to use in the following week(s).
  • Access your custom-built personal training program (this will be updated for you along the way as needed) and track your progress.
  • Message your coach with questions and training videos for support outside of the gym.

Whilst every Small Group Session in our private gym can indeed be scaled to appropriately challenge anyone and everyone, 1-on-1 Personal Training allows a whole new level of personalisation where the entire private gym is your playground and your program is custom-built to best address your specific goals, needs, schedules, preferences and adventures!
