Online Coaching with ADVENTURE READY COACHING gives you access to both highly personalised training programming and/or sports nutrition advice (and plans) from an Accredited Sports Nutritionist.
Highly Collaborative
This is a highly collaborative approach that includes weekly 1-on-1 Zoom coaching calls (up to 50 minutes each) for a minimum of 8-weeks to help you stay accountable, overcome challenges along the way and continue to progress towards your goals.
This is the best option for highly driven individuals who have set big, scary and specific goals and now need help following through with a personalised action plan to methodically make their impossible reality.
Book Your Sessions
After joining up and completing payment via the PayPal/Stripe portal, you will be emailed a personalised link inviting you to our member app where you can:
- Contact Nick directly to book your sessions. Bookings are essential, available up to 1 month in advance and can be rescheduled up to 24hrs in advance. If you are unable to book in & attend your weekly coaching session for any reason, it does not get refunded, ‘banked’ or ‘credited’ to use in the following week(s).
- Access your custom-built personal training program (this will be updated for you along the way as needed to make the very most of your time, effort and fitness equipment) and track your progress.
- Access and track your Sports Nutrition plan (calories/macros, meal plans or ‘hands and habits’-based programming as needed) to best fuel your training, recovery and adventures (if needed, this could even include plan for an evidence-based carb-load before an ultra-endurance event as well as race day fuelling strategy to optimise hydration, digestion and mental/physical performance).
- Message your coach with questions and training videos for support outside of the gym.
Online Bookings
- Contact Nick directly to manage your bookings for Online Coaching.
- Bookings are essential, available up to 1 month in advance and can be rescheduled up to 24hrs in advance. If you are unable to book in and attend your weekly coaching session for any reason, it does not get refunded, ‘banked’ or ‘credited’ to use in the following week(s).
- Payment can be completed before your coaching call via the PayPal/Stripe portal on this website or personalised invoices within our members app.
- Access your custom-built personal training program (this will be updated for you along the way as needed to make the very most of your time, effort and fitness equipment) and track your progress.
- Access and track your Sports Nutrition plan (calories/macros to take the guesswork out of building muscle and losing bodyfat, meal plans for convenience or ‘hands and habits’-based programming for a more flexible approach as needed) to best fuel your training, recovery and adventures (if needed, this could even include plan for an evidence-based carb-load before an ultra-endurance event as well as race day fuelling strategy to optimise hydration, digestion and mental/physical performance).
- Message your coach with questions and training videos for support outside of the gym.
Weekly Membership
$100/week = Weekly Zoom calls (up to 50min each) + relevant online training program and/or Sports Nutrition plan and updates as needed.
