Online Coaching with ADVENTURE READY COACHING gives you access to both highly personalised training programming and/or sports nutrition advice (and plans) from an Accredited Sports Nutritionist.

INITIAL CONSULT + PERSONALISED TRAINING PLAN

$200 = Initial online consult (50min Zoom call) + highly personalised 4-8 week training/running program block, delivered via our members app.

Client examples:

  • 8-week prep for the Australian Finals Competition in Streetlifting.
  • 8-week training and running program for first and/or fastest half-marathon.
  • 6-week hybrid training block including a fun mix of plyometrics, calisthenics, dumbbells exercises and cardio.
  • 4-week training block to find your way in your new home gym.
Ultra Trail

INITIAL CONSULT + PERSONALISED SPORTS NUTRITION PLAN

$200 = Initial online consult (50min Zoom call)  + highly personalised sports nutrition plan

Client examples:

  • Calorie/macro targets, meal plans or ‘hands and habits’-based programming as needed to best support fat loss and/or muscle-building goals.
  • Competition day fuelling plans to optimise hydration, energy levels and maximum strength output in Streetlifting competitions.
  • Evidence-based carb-loading strategies and race-day fuelling plans for ultramarathons or other endurance events.

FOLLOW UP CONSULT +  UPDATED PLAN

$100 = Additional or follow up online consult (50min Zoom call) to review progress, troubleshoot challenges and adjust your plan to continue progress towards your goals.

Client examples:

  • Modifying exercises so that people can continue training effectively around various injuries whilst they continue following their physiotherapists’ program/advice.
  • Helping a client who just signed up for their first ultramarathon update their nutrition plan & habits to better support their new running goals and increasing training load.
  • Various other side quests along the way, because all fitness is good fitness!

1:1 ONLINE COACHING

Highly personalised training, running and/or sports nutrition programming and online coaching with regular check-in calls:

  • $60/week for MONTHLY check-in calls 
  • $80/week for FORTNIGHTLY check-in calls – Regular problem solving and collaborations to review progress, discuss details and create action plans.
  • $100/week for WEEKLY check-in calls – Ideal for self-motivated individuals who want support, education and a gentle nudge in the right direction.

Teamwork makes the dream work. This is for those who want maximum results in minimum time.

There is a 4-week minimum for each of these online coaching memberships to best support training progressions, healthy habit formation and sustainable lifestyle changes, and weekly/fortnightly memberships can be paused by Nick whenever people need time off (eg. holidays, sickness, etc) and they give him at least 1 week notice.
